A contribution to diversification from a traditional, nearly forgotten crop

Cultivation of grain legumes provide significant ecosystem services and agronomic advantages, but traditionally low values have deterred farmers form growing them. This poster presented at the European Crop Diversification Conference in BUDAPEST ( September 2019) outlines how the Association Rheinische Ackerbohne e.V established a value chain for Faba beans.
