PGRO operates seasonal pest and disease monitoring services in conjunction with partner organisations. These monitoring services run throughout the appropriate risk periods of the growing season and provide critical advice and guidance based upon timing and perceived risk levels.

PGRO also maintains a database of descriptions and pictures of the key pests and diseases affecting field beans and combining peas.

These include pea wilt, leaf and pod spot, downy mildew, rust and sclerotinia as well as other major pest and diseases.
